FLOAT
LINEUP NUMBER MUST BE ON ALL ENTRIES!
Floats must be no wider than 12’ and no taller than 13’ 6”. Floats may have a sign on the float and/or the pulling vehicle with the name of the sponsoring business. A trophy will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place for church floats, business floats, and non-profit floats.
ANTIQUE CARS
IMPORTANT! Antique cars must be at least 30 years old (1993 or older). One trophy will be given for "Best Antique Car".
Number of Antique Cars - $10.00 each or $20.00 per group of four from same antique car club (after Nov. 18---$20.00, $30.00)
DOG
IMPORTANT: All entries must be dressed in a Christmas theme and must walk in the designated dog group. Also, all entries must be on a leash, be up to date on vaccinations and owners must clean up after their dogs during the parade route. One trophy will be given for the "Best Dressed Dog".
HORSES (AND HORSE GROUPS)
IMPORTANT: All horse entries must present proof of an official negative Coggins test for equine infectious anemia in order to enter the parade. The report must accompany this application. And you must have a copy of the report on you during the parade. Also, you are only allowed to bring the number of horses you have paid for and stated on this application. One trophy will be given for the "Best Dressed Horse and Rider".

Any decision for postponement or cancellation of parade will be made by 12:00 noon on Friday, December 1, 2023.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
You can submit your payment safely online, or you can mail and deliver it to DDSB office at 432 Main Street, South Boston, VA 24592. All payments must be received no later than Friday, December 1st at noon.
