Movies on Main
If you thought Spring Fling was fun – just wait until you hear about Splash Into Summer! DDSB is sponsoring our very first summer event with family-friendly fun and evening shopping on Main Street sidewalks. The fun begins Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 5pm and continues until 8pm.
Applications for vendors will be available on our website on Monday, May 2 at 12noon so spread the word.
Bring the family and visit one of our downtown restaurants and cafes for dinner, enjoy local brews at Factory Street Brewing or wine at Southern Plenty Cafe. Order up a mixed drink, wine, or beer from Main Street Bar & Grill (all alcohol must be consumed on premises where purchased). And enjoy dinner at Auburnlea on Main which will be open for this event (located on North Main). You will also enjoy shopping as the downtown merchants once again move outside on the sidewalk and there will be plenty of vendors lining the sidewalks too.
Music will be playing all along Main Street and there may just a surprise live band playing so stay tuned for details! Much more information coming soon so mark the date on your calendars now!
