INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS(Required)
Please check below that you will provide insurance information as required. Email to info@downtownsobo.com. Certificate must include $1M liability limit and Destination Downtown South Boston (DDSB), 432 Main Street, South Boston, VA 24592 must be listed as "Additional Insured". Please have your insurance company include the event name, location and date of the event. Thank you.
Please provide a description of your trailer including size of trailer, tongue, canopies, and/or tents.

Electricity Needs - NO GENERATORS ALLOWED
